 I was pretty lost through my entire teen and young adult years, and so I guess I turned into an explorer of sorts. Through reading, launching failing startups, studying cool fitness techniques, and long hiking trips on the Appalachian Trail, I discovered how to be pretty healthy in mind, body, life and spirit. Now, I am grateful every day for my community, relationships, career, and outlook.
