Water is pretty cool. It helps you survive, which is also pretty cool. The question is, how much water do you drink per day? It’s perfectly possible that some people drink more coffee than water! If you’re stuck on soda, your system could be dying for hydration. You might be shocked at the clarity and energy that can come chugging this life-giving liquid.
In order to complete this mission, drink only water for the next week. Aim for at least 64oz of water each day, which is usually three refillable water bottles worth. Stay away from coffee and soda, and if you must, drink tea with no added sugar or cream.
