Dang Di, we love having you. Good luck.
its about to go down!!
This is the kind of routine I’ve been trying to nail down for the past few months. For me, a workout is 30-60 minutes alone, but doing the other 3 sections in 15 minutes blocks is a good flow. Trying it out in the morning!
First post. Whew, here we go! With two really young kids, it’s hard for me to find a solid hour to devote to anything, but I’ll give this my best shot.
Hey patrick, we hear this a lot actually!
How about 15 minutes:
3 minutes of stretching (focus on hamstrings, hip flexors)
2 minutes burpees (you’ll be smoked I promise!)
5 minutes of meditation
5 minutes of journaling and day planning
Start there and see if you can stick to it.
Will do! Thanks, Jordan!
Sounds good!
I kinda do this. Morning: 30 min exercise and 30 min reading. Evening: 30 min meditating and 30 min writing what didn’t get done today, what needs to get done tomorrow and prep.
